You work 100%, with at least one day per week on-site in Zug and flexible home office options on the other days
This position offers you
- You take full ownership of the web analytics infrastructure of one of the most well-known Swiss premium brands: GA4, GTM (Web and Server-Side), BigQuery – you configure, manage and develop this infrastructure, not only making it a reliable basis for decision-making for the entire company
- You ensure that data quality is no coincidence: With well-thought-out data layer design, systematic event tracking, cross-platform reconciliation (GA360, Contentsquare, Heap) and consistent quality assurance across multiple properties – B2B, B2C and international – you create a data foundation that everyone can rely on
- You tell stories with data that resonate: Your monthly e-commerce reporting is aimed at stakeholders and management – clearly commented, visually prepared in Power BI and Looker Studio, and always with a focus on what really matters
- You manage our external analytics agency with foresight: From defining requirements through quality control to acceptance and budget coordination in quarterly reviews – you are the expert who keeps an overview and sets clear guardrails
- You bring compliance not as a burden but as a quality feature: Cookiebot administration, Consent Mode v2 implementation and nDSG/GDPR-compliant analytics configuration are for you self-evident parts of a well-organised analytics world
You bring the following to the position
- You have several years of solid experience with GA4 based on the event-based model – you already have a GA4 certification or will obtain it shortly because quality standards matter to you
- You master GTM (Web and Server-Side) as well as BigQuery SQL at an advanced level – this is not a nice-to-have, it is your daily toolkit
- You develop dashboards in Power BI and/or Looker Studio – actively, not passively: You build, design and improve
- You understand how performance marketing campaigns work: Audiences, key events, conversion tracking, advanced attribution – you know where the data comes from and what it means
- You have experience in multi-territory and multi-language setups and know how to effectively manage external service providers – with clear requirements, consistent QA and binding acceptance
- As a real plus, you have GA4 360 experience, knowledge of Contentsquare or Heap, or skills in Python or R for data-driven analyses – those who bring this can shape even more with us
- You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner – deadlines are non-negotiable for you, and documentation is not a tedious add-on but part of professional work
- You communicate proactively and understandably: Preparing complex data topics so that they reach stakeholders – this is a strength you consciously use
- You have completed a degree (FH/University or technical college) with a focus on digital marketing, data science, business informatics or comparable – or you have acquired your knowledge through vocational training with several years of web analytics practice. Both count
- You communicate fluently in German (working language), solidly in English for tool interfaces and documentation – French skills are a welcome plus
