Line Leader: Chocolate Production Moulding

Tasks

Operating, monitoring, setting up and converting machines and production lines for the manufacture and packaging of chocolate and chocolate products
Adhering to safety and hygiene regulations
Professional supervision and guidance of assigned employees
Conducting quality checks and initiating measures in case of deviations, as well as active participation in the continuous improvement process
Detecting and resolving malfunctions and supporting the technical service during maintenance

Basic training in the food sector or technical field (for example food technologist, baker, confectioner, butcher, but also mechanic, printer, paper technologist)
Technical understanding and experience with modern plant control systems as well as SAP and MES systems are advantageous
Willingness to work shifts
Good German language skills, spoken and written
No formal training but lots of experience? With good suitability and performance, we support career changers in vocational training as food practitioner EBA or food technologist EFZ
