Contribute
- Receiving/processing telephone enquiries including providing information and coordinating orders
- Planning and arranging examination appointments with referring doctors as well as outpatient patients
- Patient reception, care and accompaniment of patients in the outpatient process
- Preparation of the outpatient X-ray schedule for the following day including administrative preparation
- Supporting the team in daily business as well as interdisciplinary collaboration and taking on additional tasks as instructed by doctors
Bring along
- Completed training as a medical secretary as well as basic medical training (e.g. MPA, FaGe or RFP) with at least three years of professional experience, ideally in a hospital or practice environment
- Confident handling of medical terminology and understanding of clinical processes
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Quick comprehension as well as independent, careful and structured working style
- Flexibility and willingness to work during holiday and absence cover
