Polymechanic - Quality Assurance Permanent Position!

• In your daily work, you carry out incoming goods, in-process and final inspections using the latest measuring devices such as 3-D measuring machines and optical CNC measuring devices. You create and maintain test plans, write test reports as well as initial sample and release documents, and carefully document the results. You also train our CNC operators, support them with quality issues, and actively contribute to strengthening quality awareness and personal responsibility in production. In addition, you analyze deviations, initiate corrective actions, and ensure that our testing equipment is monitored, calibrated, and properly maintained. In close cooperation with production, planning, and quality management, you ensure that our high standards are always met.
• Additionally, you take on a deputy role within the quality control area during absences and support the team with organizational and coordination tasks.

• Basic training as a Polymechanic EFZ
• Several years of professional experience
• Independent and precise working style

• Enjoyment in dealing with demanding customers
