On behalf of our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a polymechanic as an operator for the penetrant testing FPI (a).

Operation of the FPI system for testing components

Carrying out dye penetrant tests according to the production order

Deburring and reworking of the components

Independent quality control through dimensional checks and documentation of deviations in SAP

Recording and maintenance of production key figures

Maintenance and care of the systems as well as the peripheral devices

Completed technical or mechanical basic training

Several years of experience in industrial manufacturing is an advantage

Further training to become PT1 and PT2 examiner or willingness for further training

Willingness to work in 2 shifts and additional assignments

Very good German skills in spoken and written form

Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP)

Independent and reliable working style

Flexible and team-oriented personality with a strong sense of responsibility
