Then help us shape the shopping experience of tomorrow!<br/><br/>To strengthen our team in the restaurant, we are looking for a motivated and committed Assistant Restaurant 100% (m/f/d) at the Lucerne location, starting 01.12.2025, permanent<br/><br/>Your responsibilities<br/>* You ensure smooth operations and implement the quality and hygiene guidelines in the Manora restaurant.<br/>* You create a stylish market atmosphere according to the concept.<br/>* You identify, evaluate, and utilize the local supply potential.<br/>* You are responsible for the personnel management of the employees.<br/>* You are responsible for an organized and employee-oriented structure of the restaurant (scheduling, etc.).<br/>* You ensure the training and development of employees as well as junior talents.<br/>* You are present on the floor, lead, and support employees in their daily work.<br/><br/><br/>Your profile<br/>* Ideally, you have completed basic training in the gastronomy sector or have attended hotel management school.<br/>* You bring extensive experience in gastronomy.<br/>* You live and love the role of host/hostess.<br/>* Ideally, you have gained some leadership experience.<br/>* You convince with a resilient, persistent, and reliable personality.<br/>* You have a positive attitude towards work, can transfer this to employees, and motivate them sustainably.<br/>* You are an improvisation talent and enjoy challenging questions.<br/>* You have the ability to adapt to a high customer frequency and remain calm and composed in hectic situations.<br/><br/><br/>Manor AG, headquartered in Basel, is the Swiss market leader in the department store sector with a market share of around 60 percent.
