- You are responsible for revenue development in Central Europe – and set clear impulses for sustainable growth in the region important to us.
- You lead the sales units in this region operationally – with a partnership-based leadership style, precise decisions, and a pioneering outlook.
- You build self-sustaining relationships with key customers in coordination with the country managers – as a trustworthy sparring partner with your motivating and proactive manner.
- You analyze and develop the relevant industry segments with your team and drive the sales of the entire Baumer portfolio (in close coordination with colleagues at headquarters).
- You drive targeted marketing and communication activities – aligned with the respective country strategies and market requirements.
- You increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales organization within the given processes.
- You report directly to the Head Market Management (executive management).
What it takes
- An education in engineering at FH/university level as well as further training in business administration – complemented by solid B2B know-how.
- Proven leadership and sales experience in international industrial companies, ideally in automation and component business.
- A winning leadership personality – analytical, holistic thinking, pragmatic action, and self-motivated drive.
- Enjoyment of operational sales work and direct customer contact – with a likeable appearance and the ability to inspire people.
- Fluent German and English skills – communicating clearly, convincingly, and appropriately for the audience.
