Freight Forwarding Employee

To support our logistics, we are looking for a freight forwarding employee immediately or by arrangement.

What to expect

• Coordination with suppliers, customers and freight forwarders as well as internal departments
• Monitoring and ensuring timely deliveries
• Loading and unloading trucks as well as goods receipt and issue
• Organisation and handling of national and international transports
• Reconciliation of freight documents and preparation of shipping papers
• Support of the internal courier

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in logistics or freight forwarding
• Experience in the freight forwarding industry as well as event and exhibition construction knowledge are advantageous
• Good German skills, English skills are an advantage, any additional language is a further plus
• Valid driving licence category B, forklift licence is an advantage
• Teamwork and strong communication skills
• Independent, precise and structured working method
