For the French-speaking Switzerland team, we are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented person, ready to take on responsibilities in a key role within a mandate in the telecommunications sector.
As the customer service manager, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the operational performance of facility management (FM) service providers in the sub-portfolio assigned to you, in accordance with your role as regional service provider manager.
Your tasks:
- Manage real estate management as well as the various on-site service providers (services, property data, areas/occupants)
- Represent the interests of users / ensure communication between the client and stakeholders
- Guarantee a high level of quality in the buildings, implement corrective measures if necessary
- Overall and fiduciary management of the assigned real estate portfolio in the client’s interest
- Be the figurehead of the service provider and the first point of contact for users and other providers
- Be the contact person for all user requests regarding relocations, furniture, and occupancy
- Organise and validate projects and relocations
- Improve/optimise the space offering
- Be the contact person for the technical operation of the buildings
Your profile:
- University degree in hospitality, real estate management, facility management, or building technology
- Proven professional experience in real estate, facility management, hospitality, management and/or a related field such as building technology
- Driving licence (mandatory)
- Ability to manage unforeseen events calmly and efficiently
- Initiative, service orientation, interpersonal skills, and active listening ability
- Attention to detail: ability to pay attention to the smallest details to ensure high quality and service standards
- Ease in organising, monitoring tasks, and managing multiple files simultaneously
- Excellent command of French (minimum level C1)
- Good oral and written communication skills in German and/or English (minimum level B1)
