Your Tasks

• You support the development of clients during their temporary stay in the residential home and accompany them through various phases of their stay
• Together with your colleagues, you pull together and celebrate successes jointly
• The concepts of the residential home are continuously developed; your ideas and innovations are welcome and sought after
• You accompany the clients in the residential and leisure areas and support them in practical life matters
• You are involved in key worker duties or process support and maintain contacts with the clients’ systems

Your Profile

• You have completed vocational training as a care specialist and have experience working with people with mental health impairments
• You are familiar with people suffering from chronic mental health impairments and represent an attitude that integrates diverse life plans
• You are resilient and responsible and look forward to cooperative process design with the clients
• You are empathetic, flexible and have a humorous personality
• You are interested in interdisciplinary collaboration and enjoy the proximity to the clinic and its broad educational offerings
• In cooperative process design, you take responsibility and seek suitable solutions with the clients
