Your new role
In the morning, as a kitchen assistant, you first plan the daily schedule to ensure that all work steps run smoothly. You prepare the dishes and equipment for the preparation of the planned meals and begin processing the food. Additionally, you master various cooking methods such as steaming, braising, gratinating, grilling, sautéing, and poaching.
