Project Manager Facility Management 100%- Project management for the implementation of new and integral FM mandates, from planning to project completion
- Managing all tasks and processes within the project and active participation in ongoing projects
- Responsibility for the qualitative and financial results of the projects Coordinating and leading internal and external meetings Supporting and assisting customers and internal staff during all project phases as the main contact person
- Assisting with tenders, offers and documentation
- Training and supporting operational staff to ensure a smooth mandate start
- (Technical) university degree in business administration, facility management or a technical field
- Several years of professional experience in facility management
- Several years of experience in project management an advantage
- Project management certification (IPMA, PMP) an advantage
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Independent and structured way of working
- Flexibility regarding project-related deployment locations in Zurich and Eastern Switzerland
- Driving licence category B an advantage
- Business fluent German skills and very good English skills (spoken and written)
