Nursing Expert, 50 - 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You coach, advise and support the employees in the various specialist groups
• In doing so, you provide valuable support in shaping a positive and appreciative corporate culture
• The strategic and conceptual support of the nursing management is also part of your challenging area of responsibility
• Finally, you plan and organise internal training sessions for the various professional groups
• The workload can be between 50 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing (m/f/d)
• In addition, you can demonstrate several years of professional experience as a nursing expert
• Willingness to work situationally in nursing is a great advantage
• Furthermore, you are accustomed to acting in an interface function
• Do you consider yourself well organised, empathetic and humorous?
