Your area of responsibility
Conducting the pre-legal collection of the assigned customer base
Risk monitoring and creditworthiness maintenance of the assigned customer base
Setting credit limits
Decision on delivery releases / delivery stops
Processing dunning lists and control lists
Clarification of unclear debtor payments
Regular contact with central credit management and HGC sales
Maintenance of customer master data
Your profile
Completed commercial apprenticeship
Two to three years of professional experience in the financial sector, ideally in debt collection or credit management
Very good Excel skills
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Good German and ideally Italian language skills
High willingness to learn
Quick comprehension
Communicative skills
Decisive with assertiveness
