Ensure that Ricola arrives reliably worldwide. In this role, you take overall responsibility for global order management as well as transport and customs clearance. You combine strategy with operational excellence and ensure that our supply chain is efficient, effective, and future-oriented.
Your mission:
- You are responsible for the global order management process from order processing to on-time delivery and ensure a high OTIF performance
- You implement the global logistics strategy for transport, storage, and customs clearance and ensure its consistent compliance
- You select logistics, transport, and customs service providers, conduct contract negotiations, and create stable, flexible, and legally secure partnerships
- You manage the global procurement volume for logistics services including budget responsibility
- You work closely with Global Supply Execution, Sales, GPMI, as well as regional organizations and external partners
- You ensure smooth product launches by involving order management and logistics early in NPI processes
- You identify cost optimization potentials and implement improvements without compromising quality, delivery reliability, or product safety

You navigate confidently in global supply chain structures, think process-oriented, and keep an overview even with high complexity. For this, you bring the following:
- Several years of experience in order management, transport, or supply chain management, ideally in a comparable leadership position
- Solid knowledge in logistics tenders, contract design, and contract negotiations
- Experience in risk management, project, and change management
- Leadership experience and joy in developing employees
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP, ideally S4 with a focus on SD and MM
- Structured, independent, and resilient working style
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including multi-day business trips
