You will lead our diverse and lively area of „Swimming Pool and Sports Facilities“.

• You are primarily responsible for the operational and personnel management of three permanent employees plus seasonal assistants
• You lead, promote, and motivate your team members with your enthusiasm and conduct the annual appraisal interviews
• With your team, you are responsible for water supervision, hygiene (water quality and guest area), monitoring and organizing sports operations, as well as the appearance of the facilities
• You bear overall responsibility for impeccable supervision services and an efficient and effective alarm organization
• You schedule personnel deployments and handle administrative tasks

• Leadership experience as well as experience in managing an operation
• Proven experience as a craftsman (sanitary, building technology, or electrician is an advantage) and/or swimming pool staff BAKU / specialist swimming facilities FA
• Pro Pool SLRG or igba certification (or willingness to obtain it)
• Special permit for pool water disinfection (or willingness to obtain it)
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends, and the ability to reach the workplace within 30 minutes
• Enjoyment of teamwork and interaction with bathers and athletes

• Service-oriented, high social competence
