As a competence center for the elderly, we offer a comprehensive range of services in our new building that adapt to the individual life situations and needs of residents and patients. This can be in inpatient long-term care, in specialized departments for dementia, rehabilitation and transitional care, or palliative care. We offer a suitable place for culinary experiences or for events and conferences with our versatile gastronomy landscape. Your mission:
As a committed, flexible, and positive personality, you advocate for needs-based care and support in a residential group. In a respectful team, you actively contribute your ideas. With empathy, respect, and professionalism, you meet the residents and patients and competently support them in their daily and life activities. We place great value on your personal and professional development and regularly enable you to participate in interdisciplinary training. We also consider your individual needs and wishes as much as possible in duty planning and employment level.
Your profile:
- Completed training as an SRK nursing helper, nursing assistant, or health and social assistant EBA
- At least one year of professional experience, ideally in long-term care
- Native German speaker or very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Willingness to work weekend shifts
- Positive appreciative attitude in dealing with residents and patients
- Empathy, warmth, and joy in working with people
