About the job
At Wald School, over 250 employees work with great commitment. Around 1,200 schoolchildren are accompanied on their way to the future in five school units.
The Burg Secondary School is a manageable, lively school unit with around 300 young people. In a motivated and collegial team, we accompany and support our students in their academic as well as personal development.
PICTS / Media & Computer Science / MakerSpace (approx. 50%)
In this role, you actively shape the digital transformation of our school and take on a professionally and pedagogically central role in the field of media and computer science (PICTS). You combine curriculum development with technological possibilities and further develop the MakerSpace as an innovative learning and experience space. In elective and free subjects, you open up in-depth access to programming, robotics, and digital design for students. The professional integration takes place in close cooperation with an experienced Digital Leadership as well as in a cross-school specialist team.
To complement our team, we are looking for a teacher starting August 1, 2026 for
Your profile - we are looking for
- Teaching diploma for lower secondary level, preferably with qualification or experience in media & computer science
- Strong digital competence and interest in school development
- Ability to meaningfully combine teaching and technology
- Willingness to innovate and conceptual thinking
- Teamwork skills and willingness to take on responsibility beyond teaching
