Your new tasks

• Assuming the client role for the planning and execution of construction projects, such as office, R&D, production buildings as well as fit-out projects
• Ensuring adherence to schedule, costs, and quality in all phases
• Coordinating all external and internal project participants, such as construction companies, architects, and planning offices
• Ensuring customer-specific requirements and their implementation in the planning and execution process
• Proactively driving digitalisation and innovation by identifying opportunities and creative solutions
• Ensuring the implementation of Siemens guidelines, including sustainability, digitalisation, and safety on the construction site (Zero Harm Culture)
• Collaborating with authorities to ensure compliance with building regulations
• Preparing decision-making bodies and management presentations for internal decision-making

Your talents and experience

• University degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or a comparable qualification in real estate
• At least six years of relevant professional experience in project management as well as in planning and organising construction measures
• Proactivity, positive and team-oriented attitude as well as entrepreneurial behaviour with strong communication and assertiveness skills
• Determined, with a high level of motivation to learn, develop, and adapt, as well as an affinity for innovation
