What you will achieve with us
- you will handle telephone and written inquiries from referrers, patients, and clients
- you will be responsible for the admission of inpatient referrals and coordinate them.
- you will plan patient admissions along with the corresponding bed management in the areas of psychosomatics, pneumology, cardiology, geriatrics, and internal medicine.
- you will correspond with insurance companies, obtain cost approvals, and monitor them
- you will be responsible for data entry in the clinic and administrative systems
- you will be responsible for administrative case documentation and coordinate the flow of information between internal and external parties
- you will maintain interdisciplinary collaboration with internal groups.

- with your completed commercial training and/or training in the medical/nursing/therapeutic field. Experience in the area of management is an advantage.
