Property Management Assistant - Junior

To complete our family team, managing its own property portfolio located in French-speaking Switzerland between Aigle, Morges and Vallorbe, we are looking for a full-time Junior Property Management Assistant, knowledge of PPE is a plus!

Workplace: Corseaux (Vevey)

Your main responsibilities:

Management:

• Ensure the technical and rental management of a property portfolio;
• Manage the letting of properties, from advertising to re-letting;
• Establish, negotiate and monitor rental leases, as well as the processing and adjustment of rents;
• Follow up on claims and litigation files;
• Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of the building by carrying out routine maintenance and renovation work;
• Maintain communication and follow-up with tenants, owners, authorities, companies and caretakers.

PPE:

• Preparation of general meetings;
• Participation in certain meetings with the PPE Administrator;
• Technical follow-up of decisions made at meetings and coordination of company interventions;
• Contacts with co-owners and caretakers.

Your profile:

• Commercial employee CFC, ideally with a specialisation in real estate, an asset;
• Some initial experience in property management is desired; early career profiles are welcome;
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
• Very good writing skills and excellent spelling;
• Proficiency in common computer tools,
• Pleasant, methodical, dynamic and proactive personality;
• Good interpersonal skills, sense of priorities and customer service;
• Ability to work independently while appreciating teamwork;
