YOUR MISSION
- You are passionate about managing customer relationships professionally and with trust.
- You want to inspire customers for new services and solutions, ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
- Share your creativity with us to further develop the role of the Customer Advisor.
- You identify the need for new service demands and ensure that the offered services meet customer needs.
- You carry out marketing-specific, sales-promoting measures.
- You recognise market developments, implement our offers, monitor customer portfolios and usage, and fulfil various administrative tasks.
- You accompany customer events with style and charm.
YOUR SUPERPOWERS
- Many years of experience in account management in the B2B environment
- Professional experience and expertise in corporate health management
- Understanding and affinity for social work / psychology / health promotion & prevention
- You are an entrepreneurial personality with enthusiasm for customer care in various industries and the development and communication of our broad range of services.
- You are extremely service-oriented, authentic, communicative, and reliable.
- Your negotiation and communication skills, as well as your winning personality, high independence, problem-solving ability, and quality-conscious working style, distinguish you.
- You have proficient skills in MS Office and ERP systems (Abacus is an advantage) and are fluent in German and English (spoken and written). Additional languages are an advantage.
