Clerk for Secretariat (m/f) 60 - 100%
Your tasks
- Execution of the entire commercial order processing
- Final check and submission of offers and invoices
- Time tracking and expense reports for own and temporary employees
- Operation of the telephone switchboard including door opener
- Telephone contact with architects, builders, and suppliers
- Support of the site manager & the operations and project managers in all administrative matters
- Other interesting activities
You bring with you
- Completed training as a commercial clerk (EFZ) or equivalent education
- Several years of professional experience in the main or secondary construction industry as well as in offer and billing management
- Very good IT user skills (MS Office, preferably Abacus/AbaBau or similar)
- Efficient, goal-oriented work
- Responsible and reliable personality
- Confident German, French skills are an advantage
