About the job
The Personnel Office is the central point of contact for all personnel matters within the city administration, with around 650 employees (including apprentices and interns). To ensure that the administrative tasks within the team are optimally covered, you will work either half days or two full days (Tuesday morning mandatory). The remaining working hours are arranged by agreement. In the absence of team colleagues, you are also flexibly available by arrangement.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement to support our personnel administration with expertise and organisational skills. Are you our new
- General personnel administration from the entry to the exit of our employees
- Providing telephone and personal information
- Independent handling of correspondence as well as drafting resolutions and orders
- Assistance in the preparation of references and work certificates
- Participation in the recruitment process (publication of job advertisements, application management, etc.)
- Organisation of personnel events and training courses
- Participation in projects in the personnel area
Completed commercial training, preferably in an administration
- Further training as a personnel assistant
- Proven experience in personnel administration
- Team-oriented, reliable and service-minded personality
- Confident German and current PC user skills
- Sense of responsibility, resilience and flexibility
- Networked thinking and quick comprehension
- Organisational talent as well as precise, reliable and independent working style
