About the job
What you can achieve
- Taking on hospitality tasks as well as supporting administrative activities
- Assisting with the care and support of our patients in a two-shift operation
- Independent handling of domestic tasks as well as ensuring order and cleanliness in the premises
- Close collaboration with various professional groups to ensure optimal patient care
- Deployments in a flexible working time model – either in early and late shifts (07:00–16:09 or 11:06–20:00) or in the evening shift (16:00–20:00) as well as readiness for occasional Saturday shifts (07:00–15:24)
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a nursing assistant (PA) or assistant in health and social care (AGS)
- Professional experience in nursing, ideally in acute care or a comparable setting
- Empathetic and respectful interaction with patients and their relatives
- Strong service orientation and ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of German
- Willingness to perform on-call and holiday duties
