Profile
- Swiss medical diploma or registration in the MEBEKO register for foreign diplomas
- Started or planned psychotherapeutic training in one of the approved methods (psychoanalytic, systemic or cognitive-behavioral therapy)
- Interest and motivation to work with mentally ill people with the full spectrum of psychiatric disorders
- Previous inpatient experience in the psychiatric field
- Ability to work independently and reflectively as a physician in an interprofessional team
- Teamwork skills, social competence, humor and resilience
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
