We are looking for chefs (a)
(without room hour)
These are your tasks
- You organise the ship's kitchen and prepare the mise en place independently
- You ensure a smooth à la carte and banquet service
- You compile the orders and prepare them for the following day
- You consistently implement the safety and hygiene concept (HACCP) in the kitchen
What we expect from you
- You have a qualification as a chef EFZ
- You are a motivated and reliable person who enjoys regional and seasonal dishes
- You speak German
