- Planning, engineering, and deployment of network, Microsoft 365, and modern telephony solutions
- Technical support of customers in project environments
- Participation in and management of IT projects
- Consulting, instruction, and support of customers in daily operations
- Second- and third-level support for more complex technical issues
- Ensuring the stable operation of customer environments
- Development and monitoring of ICT security measures
- Several years of professional experience as a system engineer
- Very good knowledge of Windows Server (2016-2025) as well as Windows 10/11
- Experience in Microsoft 365, networking, and firewall areas
- Advantageous: knowledge of Securepoint, VDI, RDS, Intune, Teams including telephony, Azure
- Service-oriented, resilient, and committed personality
- Enjoyment of independent work and learning new technologies
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as good English skills (at least B1)
- Driving licence category B

Responsibilities
- Conceptualisation, design, and implementation of cloud and on-premise infrastructures- Planning, engineering, and deployment of network, Microsoft 365, and modern telephony solutions
- Technical support of customers in project environments
- Participation in and management of IT projects
- Consulting, instruction, and support of customers in daily operations
- Second- and third-level support for more complex technical issues
- Ensuring the stable operation of customer environments
- Development and monitoring of ICT security measures
Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology or comparable IT further education (HF, FH)- Several years of professional experience as a system engineer
- Very good knowledge of Windows Server (2016-2025) as well as Windows 10/11
- Experience in Microsoft 365, networking, and firewall areas
- Advantageous: knowledge of Securepoint, VDI, RDS, Intune, Teams including telephony, Azure
- Service-oriented, resilient, and committed personality
- Enjoyment of independent work and learning new technologies
