What to expect
- You will complete practical training to become a certified insurance intermediary (VBV) at our Generali Academy.
- You are the first point of contact for your customers in all insurance matters and offer them tailored solutions.
- You actively acquire new customers.
- You expand existing relationships with your customers and support them in your regional area.
- You advise both private individuals in the pension and property sectors as well as small businesses on flexible insurance solutions.
- You advise your customers personally or digitally using modern tools.
What you bring
- You have high self-motivation and perseverance; you keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
- You work independently and responsibly and are also a team player.
- You have very good German language skills in speaking and writing; additional language skills are an advantage.
- You are empathetic and convincing; ideally, you have some experience dealing with customers.
- You are willing to learn new things.
- You are confident in dealing with numbers.
- You have a strong personal network in the region.
- You have completed vocational training or the Matura (high school diploma).
- You hold a driving license (category B).
