Team Leader Residential Groups with Complex Challenging Behaviour
The Varied Day
- You take over the leadership of a motivated interprofessional team (consisting of specialists in pedagogy and care, qualified nursing staff, care and health professionals) and promote its further development and collaboration to successfully implement changes in the organisation, while actively participating in care/support for about 50%
- You assume responsibility for a future-oriented residential group organisation, continuously develop the quality of offerings in the residential group, and involve the supporting specialists
- You foster a cooperative and resident-centred interprofessional collaboration
- You contribute your ideas for a department oriented towards residents’ needs and actively implement them, engage actively in the residential area management team, and participate in specialist and project groups
Your Diverse Talents
- You have a qualification in the social or health sector at tertiary level HF or FH and bring broad professional experience
- Interest and enthusiasm for shaping a living environment with a high quality of life for our residents
- Leadership experience, conceptual thinking, ability to reflect and accept criticism
- Innovative personality, engaging manner, and service orientation
- You maintain interprofessional collaboration and do not lose your sense of humour even in hectic situations
