For our state-of-the-art partner company, which produces aluminium packaging for the whole world, we are looking for a motivated

Shift Supervisor for Serial Production (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• You lead and coordinate up to 8 employees in serial production
• You ensure that the machines run, costs remain within limits, and deadlines are met
• You coach your team, resolve technical faults, and provide first level support directly at the front line
• Quality and hygiene are not just buzzwords for you, but the basis of your success 

Your Profile

• You have experience in an industrial environment and the right leadership mentality for a dynamic team
• You think in processes, are technically skilled, and love the efficiency of serial production
• Independent, reliable, and decisive
• You move confidently at all levels and speak fluent German
