For our business unit 'Weighing & Instrument Components' (MTWIC), which is leading in the industrialization and production of laboratory scales and other high-resolution gravimetric instruments, terminals, MFR force sensors, and circuit boards for the entire MT group, we are looking for a motivated and independent person as Teamlead Operations Planning & Execution 100% at the Nänikon-Greifensee location with immediate effect. As Teamlead Operations Planning & Execution, you are responsible for the operational control and coordination of an interdisciplinary team that covers central functions of production planning, tactical purchasing, and distribution coordination. You ensure efficient and timely implementation of all processes along the supply chain, support the continuous development of processes, and promote the personal and professional development of your employees. In doing so, you act as an important interface to internal and external partners and actively drive the digitization and automation of work processes. In this role, you take on the following tasks: Direct leadership of the Production Planning & Controlling, Tactical Procurement, and Distribution Coordination teams with 10-12 employees; ensuring timely customer delivery and material supply with internally produced products and purchased parts; subject matter expert, knowledge carrier, and contact person in the areas of production planning, operational purchasing, and distribution coordination; analysis, control, and continuous improvement of processes via KPIs; participation in the development and implementation of the supply chain strategy; optimization of back-office productivity and further development of automation solutions; leadership and participation in SCM projects; SAP power user responsible for maintenance and further development of planning and purchasing tools.
