About the job

To complement our team, we are looking for you as of June 1, 2026, or by arrangement

• Independent planning and execution of maintenance and repair work on electrical systems and equipment (emergency power supply, transformer station, system support of low-voltage systems such as building management system, monitoring, alarm and access systems)
• Operation, maintenance and further development of the communication infrastructure as well as the patient call and media system
• Coordination, commissioning and supervision of external specialist companies
• Planning, supervision and implementation of projects in hospital operations
• Inspection, monitoring and documentation of electrical operating equipment
• Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations, standards and internal safety standards

• Completed apprenticeship as an electrician EFZ
• At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally as an operations electrician, in service or maintenance
• Recognition as an operations electrician according to NIV Art. 13 (mandatory)
• Experience in a hospital environment or in comparable complex infrastructures is an advantage
• Basic knowledge in HVAC is an advantage
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Resilient, flexible and solution-oriented – even during ongoing operations
• Team player with high professional competence and quick comprehension
• Strong service and customer orientation in an interdisciplinary environment
• Willingness for on-call duty (maximum travel time 30 minutes)
