The Téléverbier Group offers its clients (1 million skier days/year) one of the largest ski areas in Switzerland with its 38 lifts and pistes at 3300m altitude. During peak season, it employs nearly 500 staff.
A Restaurant Manager
To complete our teams, the Attelas sector, composed of two restaurants, is looking for:
Your duties:
- Ensure the organisational, managerial and financial management of the point of sale;
- Manage the team and work schedules according to the CCNT;
- Anticipate and manage the service flow as well as the reception according to attendance forecasts;
- Anticipate and manage stocks and orders according to busy periods and operating hours;
- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP) and current occupational safety regulations;
- Check the safety of installations (cooking appliances, refrigerators, freezers, ...);
- Prepare weekly statistics and results.
Your profile:
- Holder of a diploma from a recognised hotel school or equivalent training, holding a licence is a plus;
- Excellent professionalism with in-depth knowledge of reception, service, kitchen and dining room work while prioritising customer service;
- Experience in managing a seasonal establishment and in a ski area is an asset;
- Versatility and flexibility in working hours;
- Ability to withstand stress and manage priorities;
- Leadership and ability to manage and motivate staff, well-developed team spirit and customer satisfaction oriented;
- Sense of profitability and costs, mastery of standard and specialised IT tools;
- Ability to adapt and manage constraints related to the mountain environment and climate;
- Proficiency in at least 2 languages (French and English, Italian is a plus).
