Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing Independent Setup, Programming and Machining of Production Parts
Activities
- Independent setup, programming and machining of production parts (single pieces and small series) on modern twin-spindle lathes with bar loader
- Independent creation, optimization and commissioning of CNC programs
- Selection, presetting and use of the required tools, clamping and measuring equipment
- Precise work according to technical drawings
- Quality inspection of the manufactured parts
- Maintenance and servicing of machines and work equipment
- Support in the training of apprentices
Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ and several years of experience
- Very good knowledge in CNC turning (also advantageous in CNC milling)
- Enjoyment of demanding machining and modern machining technology
- Precise, reliable and structured way of working
- Quality awareness as well as entrepreneurial thinking
- Assertiveness and interest in leadership tasks
- Team player, resilient and flexible
- Good German skills and confident handling of common office programs
