What is my role?

You are responsible for technical support and customer care in the field of heat pumps. You assist with the design and technical implementation of heat pump projects and create project documents as well as hydraulic and electrical connection diagrams. Furthermore, you take care of the creation, monitoring and billing of customer service orders and schedule the service technicians. In addition, you support the product management area for heat pumps and are also responsible for technical support by telephone.

What do I need to be successful?

For this exciting role, you bring a technical or craft-based basic training in heating/sanitary, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, refrigeration technology or apparatus construction and have experience in the field of heat pumps. You have good knowledge in HVAC as well as in hydraulics, electrical and control technology. Good ERP knowledge and confident handling of MS Office are a matter of course for you; CAD knowledge is an advantage. In addition, you are characterised by analytical and networked thinking and work in a structured, efficient manner with a quick grasp. You are communicative, customer-oriented and a true team player.
