Your profile

You combine technical understanding with organisational talent and remain calm and focused even in dynamic situations. You think ahead, act solution-oriented, and take responsibility.

• You bring several years of experience in IT operations or release management
• You have a solid understanding of modern applications and architectures
• You work confidently with tools like JIRA and planning instruments
• You are familiar with CI/CD pipelines, feature flags, and monitoring
• Ideally, you have experience in regulated environments such as insurance

Your tasks

You orchestrate releases with foresight and precision, ensuring that many individual parts form a stable overall process. In doing so, you are the connecting force between development, testing, and operations.

• You plan, coordinate, and control software releases for the products in the Health division
• You bring development, testing, operations, and specialist departments together and keep everyone aligned
• You carry out deployments and monitor them in test and production environments
• You coordinate tests and approvals and ensure clear results
• You document releases clearly and completely, including release notes
• You ensure stable operations and coordinate the integration of third-party applications
• You are responsible for technical application configurations including database adjustments

With your commitment, you keep all threads together and bring our releases to their goal in a structured and reliable manner.
