In this versatile role, you ensure the stable operation of our technical applications (PDM, CAD, etc.) and make sure that our systems function reliably, efficiently, and with a future-oriented approach. What you can achieve
- Responsibility for the stable operation and continuous development of our technical application landscape (including PDM, CAD, and ALM)
- Analysis of business requirements and development of sustainable, practical solution concepts in close collaboration with specialist departments and key users
- Management of incident, problem, and change management as well as planning, coordination, and execution of releases
- Support and optimisation of application interfaces to ensure smooth system integration
- Participation in exciting IT projects and active involvement in the further development of our system landscape
- Coordination and management of external partners and ensuring efficient collaboration
- Competent advice, support, and training of users for optimal application utilisation
What sets you apart
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable education and training
- Several years of experience in the operation, support, and development of technical applications
- Practical experience with technical systems such as Teamcenter, SolidWorks, Polarion, or comparable solutions in the engineering environment
- Sound knowledge of IT service management as well as release, change, and interface management
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Analytical and interconnected thinking combined with a structured, independent working style
- Strong communication and consulting skills as well as enjoyment in collaborating with specialist departments, key users, and external partners
- High initiative, sense of responsibility, and a solution-oriented hands-on mentality
- Enthusiasm for technical applications as well as their continuous optimisation and development
