Your Main Tasks
- Accompany and care for patients with diverse, complex internal medicine conditions - together in the interdisciplinary team
- In tandem with a health professional, you stand for independent, patient-oriented, and professional care
- You enjoy developing, implementing, and evaluating the individual care process, as well as forward-looking work planning
- In close cooperation with vocational training, you support our trainees/students on their educational path
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a nurse specialist HF/FH and are an independent, reflective, and persistent person.
- You have already gained experience in the acute area of a hospital.
- In complex, rapidly changing situations, you remain confident, take responsibility, and value high patient orientation.
- You want to be part of our multicultural team and appreciate respectful and appreciative collaboration.
