Are you tired of blood draws, X-rays, and bandages? Are you interested in digitalization in healthcare? Do you enjoy working with computers and helping others use practice software? Then we have just the right challenge for you!
As a Specialist in Practice Processes, you competently implement our training concepts methodically and didactically for our doctors, therapists, and medical assistants. You are the business card of the Ärztekasse, confidently guiding our customers through the learning process and the implementation of processes in their practice.
Main tasks
- You act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the customer and competently and professionally accompany them to their goal.
- You conduct a detailed and comprehensive needs analysis with the customer for the chosen software solution.
- Independent coordination, planning, and execution of onboarding requests are part of your daily tasks.
- Practice-oriented and effective introduction and training of customers in the chosen software solution.
- Conducting consulting assignments on-site at the customer (practice support).
- Participating in the development of new training offers.
- You are responsible for the administrative support of the training sessions and contribute to the creation of learning content in various formats.
Requirements
- MPA / medical secretary desirable
- Prior knowledge of our software or further training in adult education (methodology and didactics) is an advantage
- Knowledge of Tarmed and tariff systems of the Swiss healthcare system
- High customer orientation and enjoyment of customer contact and training
- High resilience during peak times
- PC proficient
- Very good oral and written communication skills
- Familiar with modern learning methods or willingness to learn and apply them
- Willingness to travel within German-speaking Switzerland (approx. 40 – 60%)
