tasks

• you care for and support the residents individually and resource-oriented according to the guidelines and quality standards of the care institution
• you also actively participate in everyday activities and support the residents in their activities as a key contact person
• maintaining electronic care documentation as well as care planning also belong to your responsible area
• you also take on the co-supervision of trainee health specialists EFZ and nursing students HF/FH
• you cover all shifts, including night shifts, with a say in shift scheduling
• the workload can be between 50 and 80%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you can demonstrate training as a health specialist EFZ (recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required for foreign diplomas)
• experience in long-term care is desirable
• willingness to work night shifts is important
• are you sociable, approachable and thoughtful?
