Job Description
Placed under the orders of the Maître d'hôtel, you ensure excellent relational follow-up with our clientele. As Assistant Maître d'hôtel, you are an ambassador of the luxury service offered to our clientele. Your daily tasks will be as follows:
- Ensure the smooth running of the service and customer satisfaction in compliance with quality standards, HACCP hygiene norms, and current procedures.
- Assist superiors in supervising the team, distributing work, and controlling the quality of services.
- Participate in the duties of the head waiter and replace them if necessary to guarantee continuity of service.
- Guarantee personalised and quality customer relationship follow-up (explain, advise, listen).
- Ensure the maintenance and quality of equipment as well as the offices.
- Oversee the training, development, and support of the team.
- Manage order forms and invoicing.
- Be responsible for the management and monitoring of product and equipment stocks.
- Ability to conduct evaluations, "one to one", and corrective feedback.
- Be proactive in proposing the implementation of procedures/standards.

Qualifications
- Experience: You hold a diploma from a Hotel School and have similar experience in a starred establishment.
- Personality: Service-minded, excellent interpersonal skills, and a good team spirit are the main qualities sought for this position.
- Languages: Must speak, read, and write French and English. A third language would be a plus.
- Availability: As soon as possible.
