tasks

• You independently and responsibly manage a real estate portfolio
• You conduct apartment viewings, inspections and handovers
• You are also responsible for preparing contracts and adjusting rents
• Furthermore, you advise customers and provide personal and individual support
• You also take care of the property accounting including the preparation of financial statements
• The organisation of repairs, maintenance work and renovations is also part of your varied range of tasks
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

• You have solid professional experience in property management and ideally have further training as a certified property manager (m/f/d)
