Mario Infang

Mario has been working as a software developer in the web and app sector at Qualitas since January 2022. Originally, he had other plans; he initially wanted to become a teacher. He had already started the preparatory course at the University of Teacher Education and worked part-time in web development at Qualitas. However, since he preferred it here, he quickly decided to change his course of study. Last September, he began his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

However, the subject matter is not new to him. He completed his apprenticeship as an IT specialist in application development at Siemens Switzerland, gaining insights into various areas and departments. After finishing his apprenticeship, he obtained his vocational baccalaureate before joining Qualitas.

But what attracted him so much to Qualitas that he decided to change his studies? The family-like environment and the personal interaction among colleagues, says Mario, as well as the trust given to employees and the responsibility entrusted to them. He also enjoys the flexible working hours and the holiday arrangements, which provide him with a lot of freedom.

Freedoms that he can use well for his studies but also for his hobbies. He has been a junior coach at the Oberwil Rebells for many years. In winter, you can also regularly find him at the EVZ games.
