Plant and Equipment Builder with Experience in Sheet Metal Production
Activities
- Operating and monitoring punching machines, drawing presses, various lathes, and programmable pressing machines
- Independently setting up and processing production orders including multi-machine operation
- Continuously checking product quality during and after the manufacturing process
- Ensuring order and cleanliness in the work environment
- Assisting with machine maintenance, cleaning, and resolving minor malfunctions
- Participation in shift work in early and late shifts
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training, preferably as a plant and equipment builder or metalworker with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- Solid experience in sheet metal production and initial practical knowledge in punching, deep drawing, and metal pressing
- Proficient handling of technical drawings and measuring instruments
- Team-oriented working style with openness to knowledge exchange
- Strong quality awareness and ability to think across processes and flexibly
