Your Main Tasks
Your contribution makes the difference
As a nurse specialist with special tasks, you are the central contact person for the professional development of the team and make noticeable contributions to our quality of care with your commitment.
You take responsibility for one to a maximum of two specialist topics, regularly conduct nursing interviews according to the annual plan, and support new colleagues at their start. With your role model function in organization and documentation, you set standards, take on reference care in complex patient situations, and lead case discussions if necessary. In addition, you work in area-specific topic groups and projects and actively support the implementation of our annual goals.
