The Campus Muristalden (www.muristalden.ch) is a private, state-recognized, and partially subsidized school based in Bern. The working community currently includes around 500 children, adolescents, and adults in the areas of primary school (Prim 1-6, Sek I and special education integration classes HIK), bridging programs, high school, and continuing education.
The HIK are a special primary school offer (bVSA) that Campus Muristalden AG carries out on behalf of the Canton of Bern. It is aimed at children and adolescents who have a diagnosis in the area of neurodivergence.
Starting February 1, 2026, we are looking for a special education teacher for our special education integration classes

Tasks
• You advise and support class teams with your special education expertise.
• You develop individual support plans and accompany learners in their development.
• You conduct assessments, create support diagnostics, and discuss these with the
class teachers.
• You recommend and support special education measures.
Requirements
Ideally, you have completed training in the field of school special education or are currently obtaining the corresponding qualification. Do you have experience with learners on the neurodivergence spectrum (ASD, ADHD, HS) and enjoy working with them? Do you help, with your structured way of working, to enable learners to have a regulated school day? Are you a team player and enjoy working trustfully and cooperatively with your colleagues and the management team? Then we are exactly the right place for your professional new start.
