Your Tasks

• Personnel and professional leadership of 2 teams with a total of 14 employees and 2 apprentices
• Operational and strategic management and further development of the department for HBL and third-party banks
• Organisation of daily business and resource deployment
• Responsibility for daily processing in the main areas of securities and foreign exchange processing, LOZ / LGZ, corporate actions, master data, share register, crypto and bank vault including physical
• Implementation of regulatory requirements, reporting, periodic controls and reconciliations
• Further development, optimisation and quality assurance of processes
• Participation in projects and specialist groups

What You Bring

• Completed banking training as well as several years of professional experience in securities processing
• Several years of leadership experience
• Further training in the securities sector is an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of securities processing procedures and regulations
• English skills (at least B2), French is an advantage
• Open, reliable and responsible personality 
• Quick comprehension and implementation skills as well as resilience
• Strong social and methodological competence
• Entrepreneurial thinking with a focus on the entire bank and customers
