What you can achieve with us
You work in a residential group with children and adolescents aged between 5 and 18 years. You care for visually impaired, blind, and partially cognitively impaired children and adolescents, some of whom are on the autism spectrum and have behavioral challenges. Together with a motivated team, you accompany the children and adolescents at lunchtime and outside school hours in their daily lives. Your tasks also include household and administrative duties.
What you bring with you
You have completed training as a care specialist EFZ or as a social pedagogue and ideally have already gained professional experience in comparable fields of work. You have good ICT skills and are interested in interdisciplinary collaboration. With your empathy, high sense of responsibility, and your humorous and flexible nature, you fit well into our team.

We are the Foundation for Blind and Visually Impaired Children and Adolescents Zollikofen - a private, politically and denominationally neutral organization with a non-profit purpose. Our task is to support and accompany people with special needs from birth to young adulthood.
We offer additional services to parents, teachers of public schools and special primary schools, as well as professionals. Our core competencies lie in the support and accompaniment of young people with visual impairment, blindness, multiple disabilities, or from the autism spectrum.
