Your tasks
- You accompany and support residents in everyday life (e.g., dressing and undressing, showering, eating, or personal hygiene)
- You measure blood pressure, pulse, and temperature and learn to correctly interpret the values
- You help plan activities and organize external appointments
- Support during meal intake considering special diets
- You prepare medications & injections and administer them under the guidance of professionals
- You change dressings and care for wounds
- You carry out nursing documentation according to competencies and keep it up to date
Requirements
- Completed compulsory schooling (secondary level A is an advantage)
- Empathy and communication skills (German skills at least B1)
- Joy and patience in dealing with elderly people
- Sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
- Organizational talent with careful and precise working methods
